What os tje point of a park where you can not let yoir dogs run

Small children's play area. Good size grassy area for playing or picnicking. Toilet facilities are seasonal (not ideal). Fairly well maintained although sometimes there is a fair bit of rubbish lying around left by thoughtless,lazy people that can't be bothered to use the plentiful bins provided.

Great place for the kids and walk dogs. Just not after heavy rain.
