Just rang back after I was left a voicemail to have the phone answered by a woman who sounded as if she'd rather be anywhere else. Not only did she laugh at me, but also thought it was okay to answer the other line before actually find out who I was or what I was ringing about. So unprofessional and I will never return. I never got the ladies name but the phone call happened all of five minutes ago. Shocking customer service. I felt like an more of an inconvenience than a valued customer.
