Monday 19th November 2018 on our way back from Thursford christmas spectacular, fantastic weekend.Brand new coach, and fantastic driver, the very best we have been with Nothing was to much trouble from start to finish. He has made the weekend a true pleasure. Sheila and Alex Battershill
We went to the lake district in September. Our driver was excellent but we were given the small executive coach where the seats were not that comfortable & the temperature control non existent as was either roasting or v cold with no fresh air. Luckily as we were seated right at the very back there was a USB port so we bought a small computer fan to use on the return journey.There was a toilet onboard but we're asked to use for 'no 1 emergencies' only but as we stopped quite regularly it was not a problem.The journey was additionally long due to traffic but our driver kept the hotel & us informed of events.The hotel was not too bad but as a vegetarian I found the food awful with v little choice - in fact I ended up eating the same meal of burnt halumi 2 nights running although the driver did speak to the staff on my behalf.My main reason for 3 stars was we spent far too long on the coach travelling to & from excursions then being left far to long at the alleged place of interest as there are only so many cups of coffee you can drink in a day when we could have done other things including spending time using the hotel facilities or exploring the local town.

Friend and I had a faultless 4 day holiday in April 2018 to the Cotswolds and visit Blenheim Palace which was spectacular! Marriott Hotel Swindon very clean friendly helpful staff and hotel food was very good. Our Coach driver was extremely good considerate helpful and very pleasant and a very good steady driver. Thank you very much Williams Holidays...we will certainly take another holiday with your company!
Have just come back from a choir trip to France on a Williams bus driven by Ryan, who we all agreed is an excellent driver, friendly, professional and accommodating at all times. The way he negotiated those difficult and bendy back roads was nothing short of brilliant. Thank you Ryan
