Environmental health will be involved in this place after eating there this evening and coming home going bed in alot pain now with belly an puking up ect I will be taking it further don't even want to give a bloody star!!! Don't recommend it to anyone at all!!
DO NOT GO HERE. Not even worthy of a 1*. Two adult and one child got charge 40. Not much variety, food doesnt look appetising and food cold. All totally overpriced. Feel like youre being watched like a hawk by the staff. We were the only ones in there bar one couple, who had left not even a spoonful of food left on the plate, they went to get dessert and the woman shouted at them saying no because youve not finished everything on your plate - how unreasonable, what do they want you to do, lick the plate clean??? They proceeded to shout and yell at them, in which is supposed to be a family establishment.. shouting and swearing in front of my 6year old stepson... they then went to physically push the couple out of the door, and they also had a young child with them! Red wine seemed as though it had just came out of the fridge. The place was that cold that we left hoodies, coats, scarfs and coats on. Even the staff were in what I would consider outdoor wear. We went to make a complaint about all of these things, only to be repeatedly told no, you already paid. Talk about customer services?This was by far, truly the worst dining experience either of us have ever had in our lives. Stepson left in tears scared and intimidated by the staffs behaviour. Seeing as the hostess would not even accept a complaint, we persistently asked to speak to the manager. After about 20mins of hassling, we got the number.The manager was English bloke. Completely dismissive of all of our comments. No apology what so ever. We were simply only asking for half a refund, which I deem perfectly reasonable. I find that appalling for the simple fact that there were children present, let alone all of the other floors. Got absolutely nowhere with him. Whilst waiting for the managers number, we learnt that they were being taken to court - for very similar reasons that we were unsatisfied. When we mentioned this to the manager, we were graced with a silent response. The phone call concluded by the manager threatening to call the police on us.. which if anything, would have gone in our favour.To finish it all off (as it were the least of our worries) there was a plaster in the jelly...Enjoy.

Honestly, the food is okay. It's by no means amazing but it's of a similar quality to your local take out. Sometimes the meat is tough due to it being left out for so long, which can be a little off putting but I guess it's the curse of being a buffet.The cleanliness isn't fantastic, I found the floor was stickier than any nightclub I'd ever been to - Which is damn impressive! The tables share the stickiness of the floor and the staff can be quite loud, depending on when you go.I would say a takeaway would probably be a better option.
