A realiable, professional locksmith who has always been around for us when we have needed him. At one point he couldnt attend to help us in an emergency he organised another locksmith to come and help...your not going to get a better service than that in Cornwall.
Graham was incredibly helpful. Our lock mechanism was obsolete with no obvious replacement for our front door. He helped us deal with the manufacturer and ended up adapting a new mechanism it to fit our tricky front door. All within a huge time constraint and always with a smile on his face. Expected a huge bill for his trouble but got a perfectly reasonable invoice.Reliable, skilled and honest.
Seems a lovely at first, took just over a day to come out and program a new keycard. Key blade wasnt cut, after only a week started having issue with the keycard, it wouldnt work. Spoke to him a few times, he said hed get the keyblade cut and post it down to me, never heard from him again. Had to pay out 200 to have a new keycard and blade cut. Not impressed.
