My fiance and I had a superb day last weekend, making wedding rings with Carole. Honestly, we both did not know what to expect, as I spontaneously booked it at the start of the year. We had the most special day in the workshop making each other's wedding rings. We learnt so much and found the entire process so interesting. Carole was there every step of the way to show us what to do. Lunch, cooked by Carole's husband, was fantastic (especially the crumble!) and they were both such lovely company and made us feel so welcome. At the end of the day we had our perfect wedding rings that we could not be happier with. What an amazing price for such a special experience! We have not stopped talking about our rings and showing people the rings since we made them- cannot wait to wear them now.We would 100% recommend. Thank you Carole! :)
Absolutely amazing experience - we made our rings from complete scratch! Carole guided us though the whole experience, only getting involved when needed, she built such a strong relationship with us so quickly, and I was really amazed at her knowledge and expertise. We were not set by any strict designs, and she allowed us free reign in terms of design. It has made our rings feel that bit more special.
We were both a bit nervous about making our wedding rings but Carole put us at ease and we enjoyed it so much. We had a really lovely day and Carole was with us every step of the way. Delicious lunch, thank you!
The personal customer service i received form Carole was fantastic, so helpful and patient, ordered retirement gift on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday. Beautiful piece of jewellery which was absolutely loved by receipient. Will be back for more from the collection.
Amazing day making my wedding ring with my fiance. Such a lovely day and a lovely lady. Got a memory stick with photos of the day and we are so excited n love with our rings. Can do different designs too, doesn't just have to be plain. Lunch was amazing too
