Have bought several wreaths from this Florist and always found them to be reliable and just what we wanted.
Very, very disappointed. The bridal flowers were a disaster - from being anticipated with much excitement by the bride they actually caused much upset and sadness. The colours of the flowers ordered for my son's wedding were nothing like the very clear photo that was given to the shop well in advance of the wedding. Red and blush roses somehow became peachy-yellow. The instructions given to the florist were to provide exactly what was pictured, there was no discussion of any other colours or substitutions. The flowers provided were so different from those ordered that a friend of the bride rang to check they had been given the correct arrangement.The florist was given a contact number but did not see fit to use it as would have been expected should she have been unable to fulfil the order.On visiting the shop after the wedding the attitude of the florist was not good. I was not seeking a refund - what amount of money can undo an event such as this? The flowers are a part of the wedding that can never be changed, cannot be put right. I would have liked an acknowledgement that the judgement used was flawed and a direct, personal apology to the bride would have been a good gesture - but was not offered.
Terrible service 45.00 for a bouquet with almost dead flowers and presentation a joke , I will never set foot in this shop again and suggest everyone else keeps there hard earned cash in there pocket instead of giving it to these people
Never used this shop before . Phoned up to ask a few questions as need flowers / button holes and bows for car and was told they are to busy to speak to me call back later !! How rude !! Dont worry I will spend my money else where !! Plenty of them around to choose from ! Stay clear people ! Very unprofessional business!!!
Went in to buy cards, only for the woman at the till tell me she wouldn't sell them because I hadn't bought my flowers that I walked in with from the shop. Can't tell if it's a business or not
