I paid to have a crown here which fell out 6 months later. Was charged for having it re-cemented eventhough I was told all dental work was covered for 1 year. Will not return for more shoddy workmanship or to be charged twice!
Cancelled my appointment multiple times and re-booked it on random dates without consultation that conflicted with my own work. Still waiting to be seen for an extraction that should of been done months ago. Staff unapologetic and rude.
Be very careful. These people are very cold, as I missed an appointment due to a death in the family - this resulted in being removed from the practice and being told to join the 4k+ Cornwall waiting list. I explained what happened and honest, never seen this in my life. Nasty Nasty people.

Refused to treat me because I would not fill in history form again that I completedvsix months ago.Always been a problem. They have it, looked at it, but still wanted me to fill it again, why? Treatment ok up to this point. Said it was a legal requirement, not so, as long as they have it. A bit heavy heavy handed.
