Useless.Phoned on Thursday and spoke to Mark who gave me a quote to move a vehicle from St Ives to St Just. He said he'd call back on Friday to confirm a date - never heard back. Phoned twice over the weekend; phone just rang and went to voicemail. Phoned again on Monday; same again - just rang and went to voicemail (left a message to request a call back). Never heard back. Sent an email via their website and asked for them to contact me - never heard back.Considering they say on their website that customer service is paramount to the success of their business - turns out, they don't give a damn.I certainly won't be recommending this company to anyone. Absolutely useless.
