Excellent food, friendly helpful staff, who will try to accommodate and food requests with a smile. We bring a large group of friends here every month, and Ruth and her team always provide both vegan and vegetarian options within our menu choices. It has a lovely warm, traditional olde world feel to it, charming and unhurried. We love it.
Very slow and unfair service (customers who arrived after us were served before our order was even taken) we had to get up and insist that they took our order after 25 minutes waiting, no apologies were offered, first choice on menu not available, mug of tea when it arrived was only half full and tepid, by this point I'd run out of energy to complain yet again. When I went to pay they had no change in the till, waitress had to go get her own purse. Other than that it's a fantastic venue, full of very interesting artefacts nice wood burning stove added to the ambiance. Maybe they were just having an off_day.
Miss Molly's may be chic, cosy and antiquated, but trust me when I say that their kitchen is modern, immaculately maintained and full of shiny stainless steel! A family business, they are professional, friendly and efficient. Their menu is delicious, wholesome and consistently prepared, with enough options for all persons and occasions, without being confusing. The cake counter always has tonnes of delicious, original and ever-changing options. Any issues are resolved quickly and considerately. Keep up the good work guys!
The food was decent and the setting was cosy and comfortable. There was a cat that came up to sit on me. A great experience. Will come again.
